I’m Bev Harfield, a highly qualified personal trainer based in Cheltenham with over 20 years experience. With my one-to-one expertise, we can achieve your personal fitness and health goals together.
Equipment
I provide all the equipment and I can advise you on equipment you may wish to purchase if at home. You can do many things without anything at all so you really don’t need to spend a lot of money.
Cost
Prices start from £23 for online training and £37.50 for face to face if booking a block of 10.
Location
I am based in Charlton Kings in Cheltenham. During the first lockdown in 2020 I converted my garage into a light, private, fully equipped space which is perfect for one to one training. I also offer online training so you don’t have to leave your home.
  • I am nervous to start a new personal training programme!

    Its totally natural to be a bit apprehensive when starting something new but please don’t worry I will work with you at your pace and build your confidence to try new things as you are ready.

  • What can I expect from our first personal training session?

    Our first session will give me a good idea of how you move, your strength, flexibility and co-ordination. I will then be able to plan a programme for you and think ahead of exercises that you need and hopefully would enjoy.

  • I don’t like jumping around!

    Most women that see me need to improve their strength and that doesn’t mean jumping around! Slow controlled movements that challenge you without getting too hot and sweaty are key to getting you stronger. Saying that, a little jumping here and there is good for the bones and muscles but we can talk about that later!

  • Can I train with a friend?

    Training with a friend is an option although the price will be slightly more than a standard session.

Training with Beverley has not only helped my physical side of training but also my self confidence.
